Unless a separate credit appears, original brand graphics, portraits, and promotional images identified as My Clearwater Agent assets are © 2026 Cynthia Pietroniro / My Clearwater Agent. They may not be republished, altered, sold, or used commercially without permission.

Editorial use and permission

Approved media assets and their usage guidance are available in the My Clearwater Agent media kit and brand guide. For advertising, sponsorship, commercial use, or any use outside those guidelines, request written permission from Cynthia before publishing.

Third-party imagery

Some local guides use aerial or other third-party imagery. The creator, credit, source, and applicable license or terms are identified in the image caption and structured metadata. Rights remain with the credited imagery provider and contributors; inclusion on this website does not transfer those rights.

Request permission or report a concern

Email cynthianiroluxury@gmail.com with the image URL, intended use, publication or organization, format, territory, and planned publication date. To report an attribution or rights concern, include the page URL and supporting details so the matter can be reviewed promptly.
